About me

Hi, I’m Nathan Smith—Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Prescripta. I started in marketing at 17 after skipping a year of high school to begin college early. What began as a small experiment running Instagram pages turned into a real business: I managed the accounts myself, generated nearly $80,000 in sales, and drove over 750 million impressions through targeted content and smart audience building. I exited that venture by 19 and launched Nexamed Marketing, a healthcare-focused agency where I led SEO, PPC, and lifecycle programs for clinics. By 20, I was providing white-glove consulting and driving more than $40,000 per month in revenue. Seeing a major gap between how clinics operate and how they want to operate, I teamed up with my father and uncle to build Prescripta—a platform designed to modernize patient engagement and prescription operations for real-world clinical workflows.
